Lewis Griggs
Lewis Brown Griggs is an Executive Leadership Coach and Facilitator. He has been working in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Access (DEIBA) for several decades, and is now focusing his attention on enhancing White Male Leadership DEIBA Consciousness.
Lewis was raised in Minneapolis/St. Paul, has an Amherst College BA in Political Science, and a Stanford University MBA in Entrepreneurial Management.
Griggs Productions was started in 1982. Lewis has created two books (Going International & Valuing Diversity), twenty-three videos & guides in four series titled Going International, Valuing Diversity, Valuing Relationship, and Human Energy at Work. Lewis was a co-creator of the original National Diversity Conference sold after four years to SHRM.
In addition to being awarded a Pioneer in Diversity and a Legend in Diversity, Lewis has become a Certified Professional Co-Active Leadership Coach, is a survivor of three Near Death Experiences (see TEDx: “The Gift of Near Death”), is a father of two & step-father of two, is a rare survivor of the Covid ventilator, and is living with his wife Johanna Eigen in Berkeley California.
